After 25 years of experiences inside the high-end hospitality sector (New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt) in Sales and Marketing as well as in General Management positions (most recent at the Schlosshotel Lerbach, Althoff Hotel & Gourmet Collection) Mr. Maesse, a graduate from Heidelberg Hospitality Management School, founded Maesse Marketing Consulting Ltd. more than 12 years ago. As Managing Director, he puts his main focus on the destinations Asia, the US as well as on the destinations Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

After two previous internships and one-year as a student research assistant, we are delighted that Laura Müller has been an integral part of the team since beginning of 2018. Due to her studies of economics, with a focus on marketing and business administration, she now focuses more and more on the operational activities of the company. She takes care of all represented destinations with great passion but has a special focus on the United States as well as the beautiful Italy.

She has been pursuing a three years dual degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Science in Bergisch Gladbach and had Maesse Hospitality as a permanent partner company. She has already gained first experiences in the hotel industry and the event area. After completing her studies with a Bachelor of Arts degree in January 2019, she is now a permament member of the team. Samira is mainly responsible for Sales & Marketing as well as the Online marketing tasks.

Laura Frieling has officially joined Team Maesse Marketing Solutions since October 2019.
After a year of federal volunteer service at a museum and an internship with Team MMS, she chose the co-op (Cooperative Education) dual system with major in Marketing Management at the IUBH in Köln with MMS as the corporate partner. Which means she will complete all her practice phases at Maesse Marketing Solutions during her studies. Laura’s main focus is on online-marketing.
Michael Wolter

Michael is a full-time system administrator and founded his own company in 2017 with the areas IT support, web design and graphic design. In 2017 he took over the maintenance of the Maesse Hospitality Homepage and is the technical consultant for the team.
