Discover São Paulo during a 5-day incentive tour!

São Paulo is home to several important monuments, parks and museums and is a key destination for global events. There is so much for you to discover! Our partner DMC Brazil plans an exciting incentive tour for you and your team. Inform yourself further reading this blog post.

Hotel Suggestions
DMC Brazil suggests staying in the Unique Hotel and in the Tivoli Mofarrej during this incentive tour.
The Unique Hotel is, as the name shows, a unique 5-star hotel designed by the talented architect Ruy Ohtake according to an abstract of Noah’s Ark. The hotel is located in São Paulo’s posh Jardins district, close to Ibirapuera Park and offers absolute luxury in a modern atmosphere.
The 5-star hotel Tivoli Mofarrej is located in the heart of the city, near the known Avenida Paulista. Gourmets will have special pleasure in this hotel since the two-Michelin-starred Spanish chef Sergi Arola serves you with excellent Spanish cuisine.

Day 1. SKYE Bar
After your arrival during the late afternoon you can start your tour with a drink at the SKYE bar- the rooftop bar of the Unique Hotel. It boasts a crimson red pool with an underwater sound system and lounge area with stunning views over Ibirapuera Park and the entire São Paulo skyline.

Day 2. Urban Art
The best way to quickly meet a city is to meet its main spots and iconic buildings. Our experts will take our guests into a wonderful day around São Paulo, focusing on architecture and urban art.
For lunch you can go to the KAÁ, a unique oasis in the middle of the high speed life of this city. More than 7.000 plants from the Atlantic forest and the natural light floating in by the retractable transparent roof make this place an exotic and relaxing place for your lunch.
For dinner our partner suggests the Brasil a Gosto presenting the real Brazilian cuisine.

Day 3. Oscar Freire/ MASP
The third day starts with a walk through the eighth most sophisticated and expensive street in the world, Rua Oscar Freire has lots of glamour with its national and international brand stores, celebrities walking around, and street events.
For lunch we suggest the Figueira Rubaiyat with one of the most beautiful and exuberant sceneries in the city, with its huge fig tree that is the natural ceiling to all the costumers that like to have a really nice meal in the outside area.
After all, you can admire the works of artists known worldwide such as Boticcelli, Monet, Renoir, and Portinari among other great artists in the Art Museum of Sao Paulo (MASP). Apart from being an important area for popular manifestations, the open air courtyard of MASP also gathers antiquities collectors. The fair happens every Sunday.
In the evening the star cook Alex Atala invites you for dinner into the restaurant Dalva e Dito. Here you can enjoy traditional Brazilian kitchen within a warm atmosphere.

Day 4. Jockey Club/ Musei da Casa Brasileira
The Hippodrome of São Paulo is “the place to go”, located just 8 km away from the city center. The Jockey Club of São Paulo boasts some of the most spectacular contests and noblest beasts in Brazil. Very nice is to have lunch in the balcony while watching the horse races.
To bring the last day to its fitting conclusion you can visit the Museu da Casa Brasileira inclusive an opulent dinner. It’s the only museum in the country specialized in design and architecture. Known by its privileged location, right in the middle of one of the most important avenues in São Paulo, the Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, the Museum is a mansion from the 40’s with a huge garden.

Savoir Vivre in South-Limbourg

This past weekend we have enjoyed a great famtrip with a small group of selected clients to the beautiful Camille Oostwegel ChâteauHotels & -Restaurants.

The trip lasted for 1,5 days and started with a tour of the premises of Château St. Gerlach. Currently, a multi-functional event pavilion is being built on the most famous country estate in the area of Maastricht and Aachen. We have already reported about this on our blog at the beginning of November – click here to read the blog entry!

The programme continued with a tour of the country estate WinselerHof which is located merely 15 minutes away by car from Château St. Gerlach. The group enjoyed a dinner at the Restaurant Pirandello which is honoured with 14 points in Gault Millau – highly recommended!

After staying the night at Château St. Gerlach, the next morning continued with a rich breakfast at Kruisherenhotel Maastricht. This special hotel has amazed all participants and offers an extraordinary location for your event. After touring this hotel the agenda called for a city tour through Maastricht. Luckily the weather played along so the tour with interesting visits to a luthier and a coffee roastery were very successful.

Last but not least, the group visited the Château Neercanne and the marl grottos which are an ideal event location. The only terrace castle of the Netherlands has a rich cultural and historic tradition. The group had lunch at the Restaurant Château Neercanne which owns 1 MICHELIN ® Star perpetually since 1986 and is listed in the MICHELIN ® Guide 2015.

Each of the hotels is a unique location for your corporate events of any kind and the short distances allow a combined use of the hotels.

We look forward to your request and hope to welcome you to our next famtrip to the Camille Oostwegel ChâteauHotels & -Restaurants in October!
